Thanks Sheila, unfortunately those aren't working anymore.  I wonder what happened?  I know Rose and Thorn Journalpublishes confessional (they recently published some of mine), Psychic Meatloaf tends to, and any confessional that has to do with pscyhological/mental disorders/diseases: Kaleidoscope, Ars Medica, and The Abaton.  The Four AM Poetry Review was a definite home for confessional, but they're on hiatus as well.  Why is this?  And it's tricky, because so much poetry seems to lean toward confessional/experience-based.  Hmmm
