I am a self published author, writer, educator and yoga instructor living in Verona, NJ. My children's book Lucinda's Magical yoga Adventure was published in December of 2014. While my background is in grant and proposal writing, I have published articles and music reviews in Smug Magazine and Northeast Performer. I have been writing poetry for over 20 years and my poetry has been published in the print magazine Poetic License and in Clean Sheets, an online erotica journal. I have also performed my poetry at spoken word venues, including the Nuyorican Poet’s Café in NYC and the Waterbug Hotel since 1999.
In 2007, I created Yummy Luv Press to distribute my own self-published books of poetry, artwork and jewlery, which I have exhibited and sold at The Big Art Show in NJ and Philadelphia, The Underground Art Show and the 215 Independent Book Festival.
I am also a certified yoga instructor with over 12 years of experience teaching yoga to children, adults and educators. My life purpose to inspire others to love and express all that they are! You can learn more about Be Yoga Be Love and my yoga services on my blog at http://www.beyogabelove.com.
I am a hopeless romantic and have been providing relationship advice and coaching for years. I am also a course facilitator trained by the author of the best-selling book "Calling in the One" and lead workshops on how to attract more love into your life, as well as a Radiant Sister Circle to empower women to embrace their Feminine Power. I am committed to sharing her experiences to inspire and support others in their own search for true love. I am member of MEWS (Montclair Editors and Writers) and am currently working on a series of spirituality books for children and my first memoir.
Some of my favorite things to do are playing with words, making art, yoga, singing out loud, laughing and traveling.
