Who am I
I am a psychotherapist, artist and author. My new memoir, "Painting Life: My Creative Journey Through Trauma" expresses the story behind my belief that creativity has the power to heal. Although beginning with the trauma, the story explains how my love of the creative arts began when I was a child and needed to cope with family difficulties. It progresses through multiple tales of artistic successes. What I learned as a child and then as a young adult about the power of creativity, helped me not only helped me heal, but thrive. I now have a successful career and marriage.
