I have worked as a Management Consultant, Facilitator and Personal and Executive Coach. In midlife I "retired" early to care for my mother to honor her last wish to die at home. I am currently writing a memoir about that experience and as I grow into eldership, I am sowing the seeds I have gathered of truth and wisdom so that I can help others.
I have a keen interest in working with people in midlife, as I believe global aging gives us a wonderful opportunity to become the people we were born to be, free from the constraints of family and social expectations. I think people now get a second chance to create the life they want and I am focussed on coaching, speaking and writing to help people create what they want in the second stage of life.
I am an Award winning Mentor and Coach specialising in "soft skills" mentoring and coaching.
I contributed to the “Natural Advantage of Nations” on the integration of arts, science and business; I am published in Management texts on "new ways of being" and I have written many articles on such topics as "Compassionate Leadership" .
I was a Conference Facilitator and Designer for co-operative working across organisations and for deep inquiry applying such methods as Open Space, Conversation Cafes, and Dialogue.
I Coach people in a way that they feel they have done it for themselves and transfer skills. I focus on the integration of physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual intelligence and re-connect people with their energy
I support not for profit projects that contribute to the empowerment of others working with people to further themselves. www.onegirl.org.au and previously Design for Change Australia
