Who am I
I am a feminist who acts, directs, writes. I finished my Ph.D. in Theatre and Women's Studies in 2006 and am currently searching for my perfect interdisciplinary job in one or both of those disciplines. Or maybe something completely different like a job at a theatre, a speaker at university's or a syndicated newspaper columnist! I have been directing the Center for Women, Gender & Sexuality at UMass Dartmouth for over 17 years, and teaching in the Women's Studies program. I love to direct and act and am looking for any and all opportunities to do so. On a more personal note, we have a 1970 Shasta Camper we are in the process of rehabbing. We have a blue tick coon hound named Mabel and a Bernese Mountain Dog named George (whose original and very loving parents now live in Zurich, Switzerland) a 10 year old cat named Joey (Bagadonuts), and a 2 year old cat named Moxie. I love to laugh. And I do that a lot with my partner of 20 years, Jefferey, who is a brilliant designer and engineer and the best cook I have ever met.
