Who am I
My husband Edmund and I used to own a Bed and Breakfast and Espresso Cafe in Costa Rica. www.rhodesidebedandbreakfast.com. In 2015 we sold our place there and moved to Colorado for a 1.5 years. Great experience but the altitude got to us...so we moved back to sea level and live in Oriental, North Carolina.

Nothing published. I have been working on a book off and on for a couple of years and finally have decided to get serious about it.
I am taking a writing seminar "Summer Writers Retreat“ for 4 days in August. I am really excited about it. I pressed send and sent my work to be accepted into the course. And waited..August 2-6 in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. Acceptance felt great.
My professional associations
I owned a cafe in Toronto for ten years. Then I owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast/Espresso cafe in Costa Rica. I was a successful working,single mother raising 6 children the last of which graduated December 2010...I felt like I graduated at the same time. Now 8 years later...I am finally taking time for me.
