Who am I
I have taught English classes in a Canadian university since 1990, and write in several genres. My lesbian fiction and erotica (obviously these genres sometimes overlap) appear under my thin-disguise pen name, "Jean Roberta." More academic stuff appears under my actual family name. Over 100 of my short stories (mostly erotic) have appeared in print anthologies and three single-author collections. My bookselling experience from the 1980s is useful in my teaching when textbooks go out of print. I am legally married to the woman I have lived with since 1989. Together, we raised three children from previous marriages. I give credit to serendipity for my surprisingly stable, middle-class life.
