I am passionate about teaching emerging and as-yet-unpublished fiction writers how to create their author’s platform while writing their WIP. With over a million new titles being published each year, numerous agents and publishers will tell you that if faced with two manuscripts, both powerfully written, they will choose the author with an established following virtually every time.

I have written hundreds of articles on the subject of entrepreneurialism and marketing. I specialize in teaching authors how to narrow their niche so they can connect (warmly and authentically) with ideal readers, agents, editors, and even publishers. When your book does get published you will have a built-in audience enthusiastically waiting to devour it -- and you will have helped a lot of other people!

I am a regular columnist for Entrepreneurial Woman Magazine and I'm currently bleeding onto the page while writing my first mystery novel.

I live in beautiful Lions Bay, British Columbia with my husband, a laid-back Mexican beach dog, and two assertive cats.
