I'm retired L.P.C.and have worked in many fiels of Behavioral Science, adult education, Family counseling and individual Psychotherapy. I'm in the process of writing a memoir that encompasses many Social and Psychological issues; history and the times fads and fashions of all our society's, particularly those that greatly affect females in American Society. I have also been diagnosed with Micro Organisms lung infection from some environmental factor which also makes me very interested in environmental issues.
I'am part Native American from the Cherokee tribe and raised in one of the most remote north eastern mountains of Oklahoma.
I was the much younger child of six children raised on a 200 acre farm and ranch that backed up to you 30,000 acres of National Forest.I ran free and natural in nature until I lost my older parents by age 15 and on my own. By age 17 I was married to a young man from Boston Massachusetts that was stationed at Fort Chaffee Arkansas where I worked as a waitress.I was in an abusive marriage for two years, had two children and divorced by age 19. I raise my two children on my own, worked as a hairdresser and went to college for six years.
My life and travels have been broad and diverse and a constant uphill climb, but I feel my life experience has helped made me who I am today, broad and diverse
I have so many things to write about but I'd rather not spend too much time on editing that puts a strain on my eyes and makes me dizzy. I had rather use my eyes and time writing about things I know and have experienced, and heard many other experiences for many years. I'm very interested and passionate about writing and feel at this time of life I could write until I die. I also feel I could help many other's, especially women. The environments we live in, both socially and physically greatly affects all our lives and health.-mind -body spirit.
