Who am I, is a question I ask myself these days. It's not so easy to define who I am anymore. I'm Irish and grew up in Dublin and I'm definitely a mother a wife an artist and a chef. I love food and have written a cookbook/ memoir and I'm in the process of putting it together.I am a dreamer a dancer a healer and gardener and a crazy wild Irish woman.
