Melissa Chadburn's writing has appeared in Guernica, PANK Magazine, Splinter Generation, Little Episodes, Battered Suitcase and elsewhere. After formerly studying law, she obtained an M.F.A. in creative writing from Antioch University. She is of African, Asian, Hispanic, Filipina, and Irish descent, and was raised by Dutch/Indonesian and British foster parents
