I have written a newspaper column for the past 12 years and work as a graphic designer for a newspaper and publishing/printing company.
I have spent many years dreaming of writing more and have grown tired of my own hesitation. I desperately want to ramp up my writing to include articles and essays, with the ultimate dream of finishing a novel. And then a couple more. I have a special interest in writing about anxiety, specifically social. My heart lies in print, hence my career in newspapers, but also includes books, old typewriters, and the nostalgia of the craft and beauty of printing. On the personal side, I am divorced, have two treasured daughters, a boxer/terrier mix named Jack, as well as two cats and two fish.
