  • Writing has been therapeutic for me too.   And, I also struggle with "what do others think." If I write a deeply personal blog post, I am constantly checking to see how many people responded, because I put so much effort into it. I know, it shouldn't matter, but it does. I want reassurance.
  • Lanita - I laughed at your comment about less work for your therapist because this class has been that for me too.  Not only the writing, but the chatting and reading stories from all of you.     Cori - do we owe you $ for "couch" time as a therapeutic facilitator of sorts?  :)
