Life is a rollercoaster ride. It is formulated by a series of ups and downs, curves and bends. How we deal with preparing for the ride and holding on along the way is completely up to us. We are presented with our own list of reasonable and sometimes unreasonable options. You can either enjoy the ride with the fear, thrill and surprises that come with it. Or you can sit back let it shake you up and pout and complain about it the whole way. I choose to enjoy the ride and also share the experience by writing about it. DCM
