Patricia A. McGoldrick writes poems, essays and reviews about history, nature, books, events and people. Recently, poems have been published in Frost and Foliage plus Voices Israel Anthology 2009. These poems were also published this year: Apple Picking at Rougement; Icicles; Lenten Journey, Winter Waiting, Christmas Cake and an essay, I Remember Mother; On the Anniversary of Montréal Bed-in (2009); City of Lights; Flower Pots; Neighbourhoods; Pears of Ivan. During April 2009 National Poetry Month, I posted daily poem responses at http://blog.writersdigest.com/poeticasides. In 2008, publications included: City of Lights in The Changing Image 2008, winning entries in the Dorothy Schoemaker contest 2008 with poetry judge Rienzi Crusz; Nonuplets & Winter Waiting; Irish Wake; plus the following titles in Verse Afire--Summer Night on the Farm, v.4 #2, Freedom, v.4 No.3, Love Limerick, v.5 No.1 plus Painting on the Wall at Baker’s Cove, v.5 No.3.
