I loved your post by they way! And, I <3 my mat, too!
It's not as easy as it sounds, is it?! I'm a certified yoga instructer here in my hometown of Brenham, Texas. I love yoga; it's so good for everything! Wouldn't you agree?
I just started my yoga practice called Be the Tree Yoga. I know you visited my C. Fite Write blog, and I'd like to invite you to visit my yoga blog, too!
