A Winning Dream, Dare To Do It!

I've known Karin for a few months and recently learned that she is writing a memoir, so we started to talk about writing more and more recently. She is 78-years-old and on a steep learning curve and having a wonderful time taking up the challenge of writing a memoir about her one year living abroad in a foreign country, France.

Via twitter I learned there was a competition for people writing about France or things French, so I encouraged Karin to sub,it a chapter or an extract from her work and I helped her edit it and get it to t required 1000 word minimum.

The story begins with a visit to Paris with her husband Bill and it is the inspiration for the year that will follow.
