I am a mother of an adult child whose cognitive abilities are that of a 12 year old. These methods were used on her and it really made life a little easier for the both of us. It has been 4 years since she was diagnosed and its been a real learning experience for us. I wrote this in hopes of helping others who are tired of searching for the simple things.

You will need an address book, a 5 subject notebook, a comfortable ink pen and a blank journal. (Pick one that you really like the way it looks, your more likely to use it that way.)
